NFA, No Fixed Address

The book that I just read is called No Fixed Address by Susin Nielsen. It is about a boy named Felix Knutsson and his mother Astrid Knutsson. And the live in... A van. If you guessed van the  you are right. I mean I guess it isn't the best place to live but at least they have that. They also have to take showers and stuff at a community center. But Felix gets enrolled in a French school where he meets his friends Winnie Wu and his previous friend from a different school- Dylan Brinkerhoff. At his school he is new and he doesn't have the best smell (Because he rarely ever gets to shower) but somehow, he fits in. When he finds out that his favorite TV show is having a junior edition he immediately fills out the quiz survey to see if he is eligible. Once he finally knows that he is accepted after a lot of paperwork and emails, he goes to orientation. He does his session and he is the last on standing, meaning he could have possibly gotten a spot on the show. And when he does he realizes that this could change his and his moms life forever. From there on you will have to find out.

This book is a young adult novel because it sometimes has some swear words.

George 

George is about a boy who feels like she is a girl. In this book George has to overcome many challenges one of the challenges is there is a Charlotte's web school play that is going to happen at her school she wants to be Charlotte but the teacher will not let her because she is a boy with the help of Georges friend Kelly. Kelly finds a way to get George to be Charlotte.

I recommend this book to people who like stories about friendship

true sort of is a book about a girl that gets in a lot of trouble and has a Dellyictinary  she makes up words but one day she meets a girl and she dose not talk. read true sort of.

The Crossover by Kwame Alexander is a book with lots of basketball so if you like basketball you might enjoy this book. This book is not just about basketball though. It is also about Josh Bell and his brother, Jordan and challenges they face along the way. There is also Josh's mom Crystal and her worrying about Josh's dad Chuck Bell's health.

I would recommend this book to anyone who likes basketball, suspenseful books, and books in verse.

Frankweiler, from the library, she's upset. So she and her friends start a locker library where anyone can get any of the banned books. But she has to be careful because anyone could tell on her.

El deafo

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to were hearing aids. Well El Deafo would be an amazing book for you. This touching story is about a girl who wears hearing aid's. I would recommend it to anybody that likes graphic novels. Over all I rate this book 4 stars.

I lost my leg...now I need to run.

What do you think happens when you get on a bus to go to a track meet.  You just get there and then suddenly, you're in the hospital waking up from a 10-day coma. Lucy is dead, and so is your leg. You need to run again. But you can't. This book is about a girl who has to have her leg amputated because she twisted her leg so much in the accident that it twisted all the bones apart. When she and her track team raise enough money to buy a running prosthetic for her, she tries out for her dream again. Then she meets rose, a girl with cerebral palsy and she decides to enter a 10k run pushing rose in a wheelchair.
I recommend this book for people who like to read about physical disabilities.

shadows in sherwood

The Shadows Of Sherwood is an action book. Where Robyn Hoodlum, a 12 year old girl always running around after dark. One night she goes to a junkyard at about midnight and a huge armored truck drives in. She runs back home where her parents very important to the culture are sleeping then the people from the truck drove in the driveway and kidnapped her parents and many other important people. as this settles the president is changing laws shutting down many areas. will Robyn find her parents? or will the president break the economy? find out by reading The Shadows Of Sherwood.



I rate this 4 out of 5 it was good but I like many books more I would suggest this to people who like the rule of thoughts, the maze runner and the hunger games.
