Amal Unbound wasn't the best book. I didn't really like it, there was nothing exciting or shocking to me. It was alright, but I wouldn't recommend it. The book is about a girl named Amal ( who lives in Pakistan) and how she became an indentured servant. She became an indentured servant. When her dad took money from a guy, ( who said he would help out Amals family). Amals dad soon finds out that his daughter ( Amal) will have to be an indentured servant until she pays off what her dad owes.
