At 5:30 p.m. Tariq Johnson was shot twice, 7 minutes later the cops arrived, he was officially pronounced dead at 6:02 by EMTs. This all took place on the one peaceful street in the town of Richmond; on Peach Street in front of Edwin Rocky Fry's grocery store. Tariq was just getting his little sister Tina a snickers bar and milk for the family. There are also two gangs; the stingers and the kings, one of the stingers killed Tariq. Everyone's question is "was Tariq a member of the kings? or was he just a kid caught in the crossfire of a gang war.
